Lagrangian Diagnostics#

Side-project founded by Siren Ruhs and Laura Gomez Navarro to work on Lagrangian diagnostics and continued by the UU Ocean Parcels team.

Applying Lagrangian methods to geophysical fluid dynamics problems often leads to the question of how to quantify differences in Lagrangian statistics between various flow fields. In this project, we provide the code to calculate different Lagrangian diagnostics and examples applied to the same dataset for comparison.
